Fida Bohra founded Dynamic Computer in 1979, and over the past 25 years has guided the company on its path to becoming a highly successful small business in Southeast Michigan. Fida serves a visionary and consultative role at Dynamic, overseeing core business processes and providing direction to the management team.

After immigrating from India, Fida's keen business foresight recognized the emerging market for personal computers and led to his starting Dynamic Computer as a retail venture. In 1994, he steered the company's focus into the business-to-business arena to take advantage of new business opportunities and continued corporate growth. He instituted a corporate philosophy of providing value-added, quality services to and building lasting relationships with customers.

Prior to founding Dynamic, Fida was a systems analyst with Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys), where he was responsible for mainframe programming, report generation and forecasting.

Fida holds a master of business administration degree from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York, and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Bombay, Mumbai, India.

Farida Ali oversees Dynamic's day-to-day business operations, manages the sales process and provides guidance and counsel to the management team.

Since joining the company in 1994, Farida has led the business through its evolution and maturation from a reseller of computer hardware to a strategic and comprehensive provider of associated systems integration and network services, among other customer-focused services. She has steered Dynamic's focus into expanded vertical industries, a move that has enabled the company to not just survive, but flourish, during recent trying economic times.

Farida has also instituted a higher-level corporate philosophy of customer care by implementing a lean operations model, instituting significant changes to internal processes and structure and dramatically increasing the company's overall efficiency.

Farida is an active member at the Detroit Chapter of TiE, The Indus Entrepreneurs, an organization of industry professionals who share the common interests of promoting and fostering entrepreneurial efforts in the Southeast Michigan region. Farida has served on TiE's program committee and managed the coordination of numerous TiE educational sessions. She holds a sustaining membership with the Women's Economic Club.

Farida holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from University of Michigan. She has also earned a juris doctor degree and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan

Casie joined Dynamic Computer in 1996 and served in various accounting positions before becoming the operations manager. Most recently, she was office manager with responsibility for accounting, procurement, employee payroll and benefits.

Casie is an active member of the National Association for Female Executives and the Women's Economic Club.

Casie holds a master of science in business administration degree, and a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. She has also completed financial management courses at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. A key member of Dynamic's RFID team, Casie is CompTIA RFID+ Certified

Lori joined Dynamic Computer in 1996 and served in various positions before being promoted to her current one. She is an energetic leader who builds strong relationships with our customers, and spearheads our efforts to offer superior customer service experiences.

joined Dynamic Computer in 2003 as an account manager. In that role she was responsible for the business-to-business computer equipment sales process as well as securing new business. She was promoted to sales manager within five months of joining the company based on her performance, experience and skills.

Prior to Dynamic Computer, was the account manager for Novi, Mich.-based Beyond Components, a distributor of electronic components. In this role she was responsible for leading business-to-business sales and, within a four-month period, grew the region's sales to more than $100,000, making it the most profitable territory within the company.

is an active member of the Women's Economic Club and regularly volunteers at Walled Lake (Mich.) Eagles charity events.

She holds an associate degree in business management from Oakland Community College in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. In addition, Cindy is a certified pharmacy technician and regularly updates her management skills by attending sales seminars and other professional educational programs.
